Myrmoe Enterprises is looking for an ATM Install Technician to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATM and Video Lottery equipment throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding region.

No previous ATM or Video Lottery experience is required. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable with technology, enjoy solving problems, and like working independently, we'll provide the specialized training you need to succeed.

Pay

$18.00–$19.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As an ATM Install Technician, you'll help install, maintain, and service equipment at customer locations throughout the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Install and configure ATM and Video Lottery equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines in the field
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and equipment issues
• Repair or replace components as needed
• Assist with computer hardware, operating systems, networking equipment, and wireless connectivity
• Test equipment to ensure proper operation after installation or repair
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Provide courteous, professional service while working with customers
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and parts between service locations

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and is dependable.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Basic computer knowledge, including Windows operating systems and common software applications
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new equipment and technologies

No ATM or Video Lottery industry experience is required—we'll provide training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a background and criminal history check
• Willingness to travel throughout Sioux Falls and surrounding communities
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
• Sit for extended periods while driving between customer locations
• Frequently walk, bend, kneel, and work around equipment
• Safely load, unload, and move equipment at customer sites

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday through Friday
• On-call rotation as needed
• Occasional weekend work
• Travel throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding area
